Source: Bought at a German flea market by Fritz. There is a label attached to her apron which shows that she was made by the Eros Company with additional information showing 28, Taormina (Sicilia).
This is a plastic doll with movable arms and rigid legs. Her facial features have been painted on. Her black hair is drawn tight over her forehead and is arranged in two buns over each ear.
The doll is wearing a long skirt made of red cotton with a white cotton lining. A 0.5-cm band of dark sage-green braid is sewn around the skirt just above the hem. She has a long emerald green apron over her skirt with a 1.5-cm wide white band along the bottom with a braid made of green and red loops. She also has on a white high-necked blouse with short puffed sleeves. On top of this is a black bodice with red satiny strap and red crosses sewn on the front. She is wearing white cotton underpants.
She has a white felt rectangular scarf on her head with a red and a yellow band over the part attached to her head. Most of the scarf is hanging down her neck.
Her shoes are made of red plastic.
Around her neck is a white and red material choker with loops of white and red hanging down from it.
